New Account Access

Effective April 1, 2026, our online store has moved to passwordless login.

This means that when attempting to login, Shopify will email a one-time password (OTP) to the email address you enter, which you must then use to login to your account.  This replaces your personal password that has previously been used to login.

Using OTP login increases your account security, allowing advanced account management features.

New account features:

• improved ability to manage payment methods - add, remove, or change stored payment methods directly in your account profile page.
• easier checkouts - use information stored in your Shop account to quickly and easily check out your purchase.
  
• order management - users have the ability to cancel an order if they change their mind before the order has been shipped.
• order history - all previous orders are visible in the order history view in the customer profile.

These account updates are necessary to support future developments of our online platform.
